Citizens in the United Kingdom and the former British colony of Hong Kong, known for its yellow umbrella symbol of democratic resistance, paid their respects to Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II after her death last week. Shortly after her passing, a rainbow was seen over Buckingham Palace in London.
